Return & Exchange Policy

  • Thank you for choosing to purchase our home furnishing products. We greatly value your shopping experience and satisfaction. To ensure a hassle-free shopping experience for you, we have formulated the following home furnishing return policy. Please read it carefully before making a purchase:

  • Return Conditions: Returns are only applicable to brand-new, unused, and undamaged items purchased from our store. Home furnishing products must retain their original packaging and accessories.

  • Return Period: If you are dissatisfied with the purchased home furnishing products, you have the right to request a return within 7 days after the purchase. Requests for returns beyond 7 days will not be accepted. We appreciate your understanding.

  • Return Procedure: Within the return period, please bring the purchase receipt (order number, invoice, or other receipts) and the product to our company warehouse address (12510 W Airport Blvd #A03, Sugar Land, TX, 77478) to initiate the return process. Our staff will carefully inspect the returned item's condition to ensure it meets the return conditions. After approval of the return request, we will proceed with the refund.

  • Refund Method: For items purchased using electronic payment methods such as bank cards or credit cards, the refund will be credited back to your payment account. For cash payments, the refund will be processed via cash or bank transfer.

  • Return Shipping Cost: If the return is due to product quality issues or our mistake, we will bear the return shipping cost. If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike, improper size, etc.), the return shipping cost will be borne by you.

  • Non-Return Situations: For custom-made home furnishing products, we cannot provide return service. We appreciate your understanding. Special promotions or clearance items may not be eligible for return unless there is a quality issue.

  • Quality Issues: If you receive home furnishing products with quality issues, please contact us promptly. We will provide you with timely and effective solutions, including repair, replacement, or refund.

  • Other Notes: Please carefully read our return policy before initiating a return and ensure that you meet the return conditions for a smooth process. Returned home furnishing products must be in their original condition without any signs of damage or use, as this may affect your return request.
